How does reimbursement work?

Scenario 1
Supplementary insurance
You have supplementary health insurance. Treatments are reimbursed directly. We submit the claim directly to your insurer. You pay nothing.
Scenario 2
No insurance / self-paying
No problem. You pay per session according to the rates above. Payment is possible via iDEAL, card or bank transfer. An invoice is available for reimbursement through international insurers.
Scenario 3
Basic insurance only
With only basic health insurance, physiotherapy is reimbursed from the 21st treatment for chronic conditions listed on the official chronic conditions list. You pay the first 20 sessions yourself.
Scenario 4
International insurance
Cigna, Allianz, Bupa, Aetna? We provide an English invoice that meets international standards. You pay us and submit the invoice to your insurer.

Cancellation policy
Unable to attend? Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by phone, WhatsApp or email. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we charge €47.50. This amount is not reimbursed by your health insurer. We understand that emergencies happen — in case of force majeure, please always contact us.
